#1 - ERP Product Data Quality
A Blue Chip implementation where the IT and Business teams needed to be actively linked. This involved quickly mastering the client's complex business processes as well as establishing validation processes and methodology. The data was delivered on time, and with a high degree of accuracy, resulting in a smooth ERP implementation.
#2 - FMCG Supply Chain
NPD Category Manager for Blue Chip FMCG cosmetics company who needed immediate cover due to a prolonged absence. Ran a programme of over 50 new product introductions for four months. This involved linking Sourcing, Marketing and external Suppliers as well as general issues such as recruitment. Resolved major technical issue saving over £100k.
#3 - New Web Site (Not for Profit)
Delivered a completely new web site on time and to budget. This followed a benchmarking exercise and identification of why the previous solution had failed. Handled the specification and tendering process resulting in a simpler yet more robust solution. Coordinated the delivery of both the design and content by linking the web design and content teams.
